Overview
Raylit Interactive Games develops and publishes free-to-play games for mobile devices. We process personal information when you download, play and interact with our games, and when you get in touch with us.
If you have any question about how we handle your data, email us at privacy@raylitinteractivegames.com at any time.
What we collect
We collect information you give us directly, information that is generated automatically as you play, and information we receive from third parties such as social networks you use to sign in, app stores, analytics providers and advertising partners.
Why we use it
We use your information to run and improve our games, provide player support, understand how our games are played, send push notifications, and show advertising. You can opt out of push notifications and personalised advertising at any time in your game or device settings.
Who we share it with
We share information with service providers that help us operate the games — hosting, analytics, customer support and advertising partners — with other companies in our group, and with authorities where the law requires it.
Where we process it
Your information may be processed in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to targeted marketing.
Updates
We publish any changes to this policy on this page, and announce significant changes inside our games.
1. Personal information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details such as your profile name, avatar, country and language preference.
- Support communications, which usually include your name, username, email address and a description of your issue.
- Messages you send through in-game chat, clan or community features, where a game offers them.
- Any information you choose to include when you take part in a survey, competition, beta test or community event.
Information generated automatically
- Device and technical information: device model, operating system, language, mobile network, advertising identifier and other device identifiers.
- IP address and approximate location derived from it (typically at city or country level).
- Gameplay data: levels completed, scores and achievements, progression, in-game currency, session length, crashes and error logs.
- Purchase data: records of in-app purchases made through the app stores, including the transaction identifier and the item purchased.
- Advertising data: which ads were shown to you, whether you interacted with them, and how you arrived at the game.
Information from third parties
- Sign-in and profile information from social platforms or platform services, if you choose to connect an account.
- Transaction confirmations from payment processors such as Apple and Google. We never receive your full card details.
- Reports from analytics and attribution providers about how our games are found, installed and played.
- Engagement data from advertising networks that display our ads.
Children
Our games are intended for players aged 18 and over and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@raylitinteractivegames.com and we will delete it.
2. How we use your personal information
- Providing the games — creating and maintaining your account, saving progress, enabling multiplayer and social features, and processing in-app purchases.
- Improving the games — analysing how our games are played so we can fix bugs, balance difficulty and design new features and content.
- Player support — verifying your account, answering your questions, recovering lost progress and resolving technical problems.
- Analytics and measurement — building aggregated player segments and understanding trends across our portfolio.
- In-game offers and events — tailoring promotions, events and offers based on how and where you play.
- Advertising — showing ads inside our games and promoting our games on other platforms. Where personalised advertising is used, you can withdraw your consent in the game's privacy settings or your device settings.
- Security, fraud prevention and legal compliance — detecting cheating and abuse, enforcing our terms, protecting our rights and complying with our legal obligations.
Where the law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on the performance of our contract with you (running the games), our legitimate interests (improving and securing our games), your consent (for example, for personalised advertising and push notifications) and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Where we process your information
We and our service providers process personal information in a number of countries, including within the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and the United States.
When we transfer personal information out of the EEA or the UK to a country that is not covered by an adequacy decision, we put appropriate safeguards in place — usually the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the UK international data transfer addendum. You can request a copy of these safeguards by contacting us.
5. How long we store your information
We keep your personal information for as long as you keep playing our games, and for up to three years after you stop interacting with them. We may keep certain information for longer where we need it to comply with a legal obligation, to prevent fraud and abuse, or to establish or defend legal claims.
When information is deleted, we take steps to make it irrecoverable and irreproducible, including in our backups according to our normal backup cycle.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live — including in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Brazil and California — you may have the following rights:
- Access
- Ask us to confirm whether we process your personal information and to receive a copy of it. We may exclude information that would reveal trade secrets or the personal information of other people.
- Correction
- Ask us to correct information about you that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure
- Ask us to delete your personal information. We may keep some information where we have an overriding legitimate interest or a legal obligation to do so.
- Objection and withdrawal of consent
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interests, opt out of personalised advertising in the game's privacy settings, unsubscribe from marketing emails, manage cookies in your browser, and turn off push notifications in your device settings.
- Portability
- Receive the personal information you provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
- Restriction
- Ask us to limit our processing to storage only, in certain circumstances set out by law.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@raylitinteractivegames.com. So that we can find your data, please tell us which game you play and include your in-game user ID or player name. We may need to ask you for additional information to verify your identity.
